Installing a client proxy

Note

If you have not done a normal installation of the AdminClient software on the target client machine,

install it now. The following steps are based on your having a valid installation for the client

software on the target machine before you begin.

To install the client proxy on the target XP SP2 workstation:

1 Navigate to C:\ Control Panel\Administrative Tools and open the Component Services

management console.

2 Open the COM+ Applications folder and delete the existing PolicyManagerRemoteServices

application.
